Euro Controls UK Ltd to provide ready-made adiabatic cooling system for data centres
The HygroMatik low pressure system (LPS) is the new solution for adiabatic humidification and exhaust air cooling in air conditioning units. The LPS low pressure system is ideal for quick and easy retro fitting into air conditioning systems with short humidification distances. Optimised efficiency is guarunteed with the HygroMatik Vortex generator module. It humidifies and cools in an environmentally consciously way and is hygenically certified. Its water lubricated pump provides maintenance free operation up to 5 years.
Features and benefits:
Adiabatic
Energy efficient
Environmentally friendly
Safe operation
Hygenic
Certified
Excellent price / performance ratio
Ideal for retro fitting into existing systems
The new HygroMatik LPS combines low power consumption and minimum maintenance requirements with a total absence of chemical or biological disinfectants. The pump is water lubricated, the system operates oil free - clean and safe. The continuous checking and topping up of antiseptic agents is very costly - and this has been eliminated. The LPS system means fast atomisation and long life through the use of robust, high quality components.
Euro Controls UK Ltd are now offering the product as part of their extensive range of adiabatic cooling and data centre cooling products, and also offer a complete system of the LPS combined with lightweight ducting that will fit directly in to an AHU.
Data centre cooling has become one of the fastest growing industries according to several reports with information storage over taking the capacity for data centres to keep cool. This demand in cooling has meant humidification companies have had to be far more innovative in their approach to providing sensible and cost effective cooling soltuons for the market.
With this in mind, Euro Controls UK Ltd have partnered with a specilaist ductwork company to bring the ready made cooling system to the market.
Lou Watts, Director of Euro Controls UK Ltd had this to say: "Evaporative and adiabatic cooling is going to be the way forward for the future of data centre cooling, and the HygroMatik LPS offers a simple way of retrofitting in to exisiting air handling units, with a high degree of control of cooling and humidification available".
